When making hot coffee you also have two options – espresso or granule instant coffee. Espresso is better for some of the versions of iced coffee while others may require instant coffee.

Ingredients:
½ cup (4 fl oz) espresso coffee
Two tsp caster sugar
One cup (8 fl oz) milk
Three scoops vanilla ice cream + Ice
Instructions:
1. Make ½ cup espresso coffee.
2. Add sugar to the hot espresso. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
3. Let cool for 20 minutes at room temperature or place the coffee in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4. Add cold milk to the sweet coffee and stir well.
5. Put ice in two glasses and add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to every glass.
6. Pour coffee mixture.
7. Serve with a straw or a decorative mixing spoon.
Vanilla Iced Coffee Recipe
Vanilla is an excellent flavor for iced coffee. You can get vanilla flavor by using vanilla ice cream and if that is not enough vanilla for you, you can use a vanilla extract instead.
Ingredients:
One cup (8 fl oz) espresso coffee
¼ cup (2 oz) brown sugar
½ cup (4 fl oz) boiling water
Two tsp vanilla extract
Three scoops vanilla ice cream + Ice
Instructions:
1. Make a cup of espresso coffee.
2. Let cool for 30 minutes at room temperature or place the coffee in a
refrigerator for 15 minutes.
3. Add sugar and vanilla extract to boiling water until sugar is dissolved.
4. Let sweet vanilla mixture cool for 30 minutes at room temperature or place in a refrigerator for 15 minutes.
5. Add sugar to the hot espresso. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
6. Put ice in three glasses and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to every glass.
7. Pour coffee mixture.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet vanilla mixture to every glass.
9. Serve with a straw or a decorative mixing spoon.
Walnut Chocolate Iced Coffee
Walnuts and chocolate are divine combinations. If you add coffee and ice cream, you will have the ultimate strong drink that will give an active start to your day.
Ingredients:
¼ cup (2 oz) chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup (2 oz) chopped walnuts
½ cup (4 oz) brown sugar
One cup (8 oz) warm water
Three tsp instant coffee granules
One cup (8 fl oz) milk
Two scoops chocolate ice cream & Ice
Instructions:
1. Mix warm water and instant coffee granules in a bowl.
2. Add chopped chocolate and sugar to the coffee. Stir well until chocolate and sugar are dissolved.
3. Let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature or place the coffee in a refrigerator for 5 minutes.
4. Combine coffee, ice, milk, and walnuts and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
5. Pour iced coffee in cups and serve with a straw or decorative mixing spoon.
Iced Instant Coffee
Iced instant coffee is a good option if you don’t have espresso. If you add condensed sweetened milk, this will give a nice touch to your drink.
Ingredients:
½ cup (4 oz) warm water
Three tsp instant coffee granules
One cup (8 fl oz) milk
½ cup (4 fl oz) sweetened condensed milk + Ice
Caramel syrup for serving
Instructions:
1. Mix warm water and instant coffee granules in a bowl.
2. Let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature or place the coffee in a
refrigerator for 5 minutes.
3. Combine coffee, ice, milk, and sweetened condensed milk and blend in a
blender or food processor until smooth.
4. Pour iced coffee in cups and add caramel syrup before serving.
Iced Mocha Recipe
Mocha is a variation of Caffè latte. It is made with espresso, hot milk, and chocolate. Mocha is named after a town in Yemen and can be prepared as iced coffee as well as a hot one.
Ingredients:
One cup (8 fl oz) espresso coffee
Three tsp brown sugar
¼ cup (2 fl oz) chocolate syrup
One cup (8 oz) crushed ice
One cup (8 fl oz) milk
Whipped cream for serving
One tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Make a cup of espresso coffee.
2. Add sugar and chocolate syrup to the hot espresso and stir well until they are dissolved.
3. Let cool for 20 minutes at room temperature or place the coffee in a
refrigerator for 10 minutes.
